Shipping Policy
We look forward to sending a little intention your way. Shipping is included in the listed price of Whisper Me! perfume oil for eligible delivery destinations.
Delivery timing
Orders are expected to arrive within 7–10 business days after your order is placed. This is the overall delivery estimate, including preparation and carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If your order is delayed beyond this estimate, we will email you with an updated shipment date.
Where we ship
We ship only to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international destinations. Shipping is included for all destinations we serve. Military addresses outside this service area are not eligible.
Order updates & delivery details
Use a complete, accurate shipping address and email address at checkout. For an order update or an address correction, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Shipment updates and tracking information, when available, are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Contact us if you need help locating an update.
Delayed, missing or damaged packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist. For damage on arrival, please follow the steps in our Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
If your oil arrives damaged
Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include:
- Your name and order number.
- A short explanation of the damage.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, including any leakage or breakage.
Please keep the item and packaging, and do not mail anything back unless we ask you to. We will review your email and contact you about how your item can be replaced.
Incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will contact you about a replacement.
No cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellation requests, including before your order ships.
Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Self Whisper LLC handles personal information in connection with the Whisper Me! oil shop, purchases and customer support. Other Self Whisper services may have separate privacy notices.
Information we collect
We collect your name, contact information and shipping address to fulfill your order. We also keep order details and payment confirmation, and any messages or photos you send us about an order problem. Billing information may be requested during checkout by the payment provider.
Payments through Stripe & PayPal
Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Self Whisper does not store your full credit or debit card number or card security code. We may receive payment status, a transaction reference and limited payment details needed to identify a purchase, or handle a payment dispute.
Depending on the payment method and services you choose, Stripe or PayPal may collect payment or account details, billing and contact information, transaction information, and device or network information such as an IP address. They process information for payment services, fraud prevention, security and their own legal obligations, and may retain information under their own policies. Their practices and choices are described in the Stripe Privacy Policy and PayPal Privacy Statement.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare and ship your purchase, send order and delivery updates, answer order questions, review damage reports, arrange replacements for damaged items and maintain necessary transaction records. We may also use relevant records to address payment disputes, prevent fraudulent orders and meet legal or tax obligations.
Placing an order does not enroll you in a newsletter, promotional email list or text-message marketing program. We do not use your order information for targeted advertising or sell it to advertisers.
Who receives information
We provide the information needed to complete your purchase to Stripe or PayPal, our store and website service providers, shipping carriers, and providers used to send order-related messages. We may disclose records when required by law or to respond to lawful requests. We do not share order information for our own targeted advertising.
Our shop serves U.S. delivery addresses only, and Self Whisper does not arrange international order fulfillment. Stripe, PayPal and other service providers may process or store information in other countries under their own privacy policies; U.S.-only shipping does not mean all provider data processing occurs in the United States.
Cookies & similar technologies
Our website and checkout providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to operate the cart and checkout, maintain sessions, protect transactions and prevent fraud. These services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and transaction activity. Self Whisper does not intentionally use advertising pixels or targeted-advertising tracking for this shop.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working correctly. Stripe and PayPal provide information about their own technologies and privacy choices in the policies linked above. We do not currently offer a separate store cookie-preference panel or a marketing unsubscribe link because purchases do not enroll you in marketing.
Retention & security
We retain necessary order and transaction records for up to 7 years after purchase for accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Routine customer-service messages and damage-report photos are retained for up to 2 years after the matter is resolved, unless needed longer for a legal obligation or an active dispute. We then delete or de-identify information no longer needed, subject to backup cycles. Payment providers follow their own retention policies.
Access to customer information is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. Please do not send card numbers or security codes by email. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy requests & response times
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request” to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information we hold about you. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to restrict certain uses, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising if those practices begin, or to use an authorized agent. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for our own targeted advertising.
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 2 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, or sooner when required by law. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain the reason and revised response date within the original response period. We may verify your identity using information related to your order and will request only what is reasonably necessary. We may retain information needed for tax, legal, fraud-prevention or transaction obligations and will explain any denial or limitation.
If you disagree with our response, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain your concern. We will review the decision and respond with an explanation within 45 calendar days, or any shorter deadline required by law. Where applicable, you may also contact your state attorney general or relevant privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Audience
This shop is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes & contact
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Before introducing marketing enrollment, sale of information, targeted advertising or nonessential tracking requiring consent or an opt-out, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law. A future policy update does not itself authorize new uses of previously collected information where additional consent is required.

Orders, prices & payment
Provide accurate order, contact and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices, available options, promotions and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Shipping is included for eligible destinations as described in the Shipping Policy.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We will not impose an increased price without your agreement.
Product descriptions & safe use
Whisper Me! is a roll-on perfume oil for external use only. Review the full ingredient label and directions before using it. Patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest.
Fragrance preferences and individual experiences vary. Descriptions of prayer, meditation, manifestation and personal rituals express the product’s intended experience. They are not promises of medical, financial or spiritual results. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Shipping, returns & final sale
Delivery details appear in our Shipping Policy. Our final-sale, no-refund and no-cancellation terms, and how to report a damaged item, appear in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Website content & acceptable use
Self Whisper branding, original images and original written content belong to Self Whisper LLC or their respective owners. You may browse and use the shop for personal shopping. Do not copy or redistribute protected content without permission or another lawful basis, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information.
Third-party services
Checkout and linked services may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services. This does not remove Self Whisper’s responsibilities for your purchase under applicable law.
